• Identify and contact potential candidates through different digital and in-person channels
• Manage recruitment leads from the first contact to integration into the network
• Conduct individual and group presentations about the iad business model
• Qualify candidates and understand their motivations, objectives, and development potential
• Ensure regular follow-up throughout the entire decision process
• Participate in events, webinars, job fairs, and talent attraction initiatives
• Work closely with the Training and Coaching teams to ensure effective integration of new consultants
• Update and monitor information in the CRM, ensuring rigorous follow-up of activity

We are looking for a Network Expansion Specialist to join the iad Portugal Network team.

The main mission of this role will be to attract potential candidates interested in starting a new professional career in the real estate sector, contributing to the sustainable growth of the network.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a liking for the commercial, recruitment, or business development areas, strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a results orientation. We value experience in recruitment, sales, digital prospecting or social selling, knowledge of the real estate sector and, above all, curiosity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to learn and evolve.
