What is it like to be an After Sales Area Manager?

- Ensure the development and monitor the implementation of after-sales activity in dealerships; 

- Be dynamic, proactive, and have interpersonal relationship skills;

- Define action plans and improvement plans for the service level provided by the dealer network;

- Monitor the fulfillment of proposed objectives by tracing the strategy aimed at complete budgetary execution;

-  Move easily within the areas of automotive maintenance and repair;

- Contribute to proposals for commercial revitalization actions;

- Value teamwork.

What we value

- Academic training in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or similar;

- Experience in the automotive technical area and/or after-sales management;

- Experience in project management;

- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);

- Proficiency in Office tools and information systems;

- Leadership, organization, and negotiation skills;

- Availability for travel.
