What we're looking for

skills
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Polymer Engineering (or related field), with specialization in polymer processing and transformation being valued.
Minimum of 5 years in the thermoplastic processing industry.
Solid experience in injection molding and, practical knowledge and experience in gas-assisted injection will be valued.
Practical sense, autonomy, strong analytical capacity, and a liking for direct work in the factory (hands-on).
Leadership: Communication skills and ease in working with multidisciplinary teams.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in Polymer Engineering and a passion for the field: someone who lives on the factory floor, works side by side with operational teams, and knows how to transform technical know-how into efficient processes and concrete results.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
Technical Leadership of the Unit: Assume global technical responsibility, with a special focus on the Plastic Injection section.
Investment Monitoring: Closely monitor the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and industrial capacity optimization.
Process Optimization & Efficiency: Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of production processes, reducing cycle times and waste.
Technical Problem Solving: Provide rapid responses to operational challenges, as well as machine and mold tuning and parameterization.
Operational Proximity: Work in direct coordination with the production, maintenance, quality, and mold teams.
