Responsible for monitoring and ensuring technical support to the production line, focusing on the diagnosis and resolution of electronic failures, implementation of improvements, and design changes in coordination with the development engineering team. Guarantee technical support to operators, compliance with production and delivery deadlines, updating of documentation, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements, promoting productivity and good team performance.

• Monitor the production line and make technical electronics decisions on the ground (fault diagnosis and corrective actions);

• Act as a bridge between production and the development engineering team, proposing improvements and implementing design changes;

• Provide technical support to operators and maintain production documentation;

• Help meet defined production and delivery deadlines;

• Implement instructions received from the production manager;

• Maintain a good relationship and assertive communication with colleagues from other sections;

• Maintain clear and assertive communication with product engineers, focusing on timely production delivery and compliance with deadlines and requirements;

• Contribute to a proactive, focused, and united engineering team environment;
