Equipment Maintenance Technician (m/f/x) (14:00-22:00 & 22:00-06:00)

We are looking for a Maintenance, Equipment and Automation Technician with technical skills to support the operations department through problem analysis and resolution, implementation of technical improvements to increase equipment efficiency, and support for continuous improvement. The main interactions will be with the production team and the technical support team - engineering and maintenance.

This person will have a natural evolution within the organization given the startup phase the company is currently in, with areas of responsibility divided into two stages, as follows:

Main areas of responsibility - Organization startup phase

• Learn the production processes and procedures used in our factory abroad
• Support the commissioning and installation of equipment
• Support the equipment validation process
• Ensure equipment reliability during the production startup phase

After the startup phase, the following areas of responsibility will be added:

• Work on equipment in areas such as automation, pneumatics, mechanics, robotics, mechatronics, and power control.
• Read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, or others)
• Act agilely in resolving problems related to servomotors, pneumatics, electricity/electronics, and mechanics
• Use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, among others)
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the defined schedule
• Ensure the replenishment of equipment technical parameters according to what is established
• Propose and carry out improvement projects for mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic systems
• Participate in reporting department indicators, proposing suggestions for their improvement

• Technical course or similar in relevant areas
• Experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment
• Availability to work in shifts (fixed)
• Knowledge of automation, pneumatics, mechatronics, mechanics, electricity, and electronics
• Good communication skills
• Availability for occasional travel (upon agreement between both parties).

• Knowledge of English
• Maintenance experience in the medical industrial area
