Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Good knowledge of English

Mission
To ensure the standardization, documentation, and compliance of Equipment Management and Maintenance processes, leading the management of technological platforms, the automation of reporting, and user training in national and international contexts, in order to optimize operational efficiency and support management decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

Technological Platforms and Systems:

• Manage and monitor the area's technological platforms and digital systems, ensuring their correct functioning and optimization
• Identify needs and evaluate technological solutions and data visualization tools (Business Intelligence) to support the area
• Ensure the execution of tests and the production rollout of new implementations, improvements, and functional upgrades
• Provide technical and functional support to users and manage the respective application interfaces
• Promote and deliver continuous training and capacity-building actions to key-users and end users
• Map, standardize, and document the area's operational processes
• Promote and monitor compliance with and adherence to established processes
• Lead and follow up on the execution of internal audits within the area, promoting continuous improvement
• Develop, maintain, and evolve the management report matrix and performance indicators (KPIs) associated with equipment management
• Promote and implement the automation of workflows and reporting processes
• Prepare, process, and consolidate data and information analysis to support decision-making
