Airport - Information Assistants (m/f/x)

Randstad is currently recruiting Information Assistants for Lisbon Airport.

• key responsibilities

  Provide information and guidance to passengers;

  
  

  Provide information to telephone service users, when requested;

  
  

  Provide information to passengers regarding schedules, flights, check-in counters, service
  directions, and other information related to the Airport;

  
  

  Support queue management and organization in the terminal and waiting time counting,
  whenever requested;

  
  

  Provide occasional support for the execution of satisfaction surveys;

  
  

  Report irregularities (monitors, escalators, and moving walkways, among others).

• skills

  12th grade of schooling;

  
  

  Driver's license;

  
  

  Experience in similar roles (preferred);

  
  

  Good knowledge of English;

  
  

  Computer literacy from a user perspective;

  
  

  Availability to work 40h/week with rotating shifts and days off.
