What You Need to Succeed:

Experience (Mandatory): Profile with practical background in counter, cafeteria, or fast food roles.
Education: 9th grade of schooling completed.
Affinity with the Concept: Real taste for healthy eating, organic products, and an active lifestyle.
Schedule Availability: Ease of working in rotating shifts (window between 09:00 and 20:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 19:00 on Sunday), with rotating days off.
Excellence in Service: Attention to detail to adapt orders to customer restrictions or tastes, proactivity, speed of response, and a liking for teamwork.

Your Challenge:

You will be the focal point of our cafeteria and light meals space. Your mission involves preparing fresh and healthy options, maintaining agile, attentive service with an irreproachable standard of quality.

Your Duties

Personalized & Artisanal Preparation: Preparing salads, toasts, natural juices, coffees, teas, and infusions, executing their preparation according to composition or preference, in accordance with each customer's desire.
Attentive Service: Welcoming each visitor with empathy, listening to their preferences, and providing swift and close service.
Counter Operation: Preparing the mise-en-place, managing sales registration at the register, and keeping all work materials operational.
Space Maintenance: Ensuring rigorous sanitization and impeccable organization of the counter and service area.
