Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level (preferably with professional technical training);

Proven experience in technical support for store hardware and software (POS, payment terminals, receipt printers, scanners, and tablets);

Knowledge of networks and connectivity (VPNs, routers, and connection troubleshooting);

Orientation towards the internal customer, with ease of communication and an empathetic attitude;

Stress management capacity, team spirit, and ease of collaboration;

Familiarity with ERP systems applied to retail (SAP Retail, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalents);

Proficiency in Portuguese and French, or Portuguese and Spanish.

We are looking to integrate technical support professionals into our client, a leading group in the international retail sector, to ensure the operation and stability of their store systems.

What you'll do

key responsibilities

Ensure 1st-line operational and application support to stores in various international markets (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, and Mexico);

Provide technical support via telephone, email, portal, and chat in the handling of incidents and support requests;

Act in the rapid diagnosis, escalation, and resolution of critical incidents with an impact on sales operations;

Perform access and credential management for users in-store;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Information Systems area processes and procedures relating to the client's IT park.
