Francophone Concierge Assistant

• Have experience in customer service.
• Perfectly master French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively and professionally with various interlocutors.
• Autonomous.
• Be organized and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Combine reactivity, perseverance, and diplomacy.
• Be comfortable with IT tools (office software, email, Internet...)
• Ideally have had experience in the field of assistance (a plus).

• Operational English would be a plus.

• 14-month remuneration and very attractive quarterly bonuses, transport allowance up to €30.

At Your Job Away, we are currently looking for a Francophone Concierge Assistant for one of our clients in the premium customer service sector in Lisbon.

• As the first point of contact for the Concierge Service, your role will be to handle our members' requests in compliance with our quality charter and our service commitments.
• You will assist our members with requests related to card payments, insurance, and assistance.
• To successfully complete requests within the given timeframes, you will identify the customer's need, advise them, and provide personalized advice, relevant recommendations, and/or the appropriate solution.
• You will join a demanding and dynamic team, dedicated to offering its clients a service that meets the very high requirements of the luxury sector.

Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 10 pm.
