We are currently looking for German-speaking customer advisors for a leading US financial services company, one of the largest and most established banking groups in the world, headquartered in New York. The company operates globally and offers a broad range of financial services - including investment banking, wealth management, corporate banking and retail banking. Its European head office is located in Frankfurt am Main.


The Job

• Customer contact by telephone, in German and in some cases also in English
• Contact with internal teams in writing, in English
• Handling questions about accounts, usernames or passwords
• Clarifying questions about financial overviews and transactions
• Information and assistance regarding the online banking app
• Processing reports of lost or stolen cards
• Please note that both good German and good English, spoken and written, are required for this position


What you bring:

• Fluent German and good English skills - so you can communicate internationally.
• Enjoyment of customer advisory work and pleasure in dealing with people.
• Interest in working in an international team and continuously developing yourself.

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
