• Training related to Hospitality / Tourism, specializing in gastronomy

• Knowledge of Micros/Simphony

• 1 year of experience as a waiter, preferably in Hospitality

• Proven experience in breakfast service or bar service

• Ability to work in a team

• Flexibility, proactivity, and versatility

• Good knowledge of English

• Ability to organize and plan

• Availability to work in different shifts depending on the needs of the Operation

• Experience in breakfast service will be valued

The Group is currently recruiting for the POUSADA DA CANIÇADA:

• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment

• Prepare ingredients to be used in the kitchen (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)

• Cook food using various utensils or grills

• Check food during cooking to stir or turn

• Ensure optimal presentation, preparing dishes before they are served

• Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

• Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly

• Check the quality of ingredients
