Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia - Sushi Chef (M/F)

• Proven experience of +2 years as a Sushi-Man

• Consistent execution of sashimi and nigiris

• Mastery of fish cutting techniques and knowledge of different types of fish

• Mastery of nigiris, gunkans, and traditional sushi

• Mastery of sashimi plating

• High attention to detail

• Availability to perform a practical test

• Availability for rotating schedules, including weekends and split shifts (lunch and dinner)

• Experience in kitchens, preferably in Asian / sushi restaurants

• Fluency in Portuguese or English, with good team communication skills

• Sense of responsibility and commitment

• Team spirit

• Rigor in food hygiene and safety

• Organization and cleanliness at the workstation

• Willingness to learn and evolve
