• Minimum of 1 year of experience in 4/5-star hospitality;
• Professional training in Hospitality/Tourism:
• Knowledge of Opera Software;
• Fluency in English and preferably another language;
• A liking for customer contact;
• A liking for teamwork;
• Schedule availability to work in shifts.

• Receive guests as soon as they arrive at the unit;
• Ensure compliance with all procedures;
• Ensure that the check-in and check-out process is carried out correctly;
• Perform other activities, not specified above, necessary for the pursuit of the objectives of the role.
