2nd CLASS WAITER (M/F)

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Receive and escort customers to their table
-Present the menu and provide detailed information when requested (for example, regarding quantities, ingredients, or possible food allergies)
-Preparation of tables, cutlery, and glassware
-Inform customers about the special products of the day
-Take customer orders
-Strong communication capacity with the kitchen team
-F&B service in the different areas of the Pousada (room service)
-Provide excellent customer service

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Training related to Hospitality / Tourism, specializing in gastronomy
-Knowledge of Micros/Simphony
-1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in Hospitality
-Ability to work in a team
-Flexibility, proactivity, and versatility
-Good knowledge of English
-Ability to organize and plan
-Availability to work in different shifts (working hours) depending on the needs of the Operation
