The role
Process all guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with the section's service norms and standards, in order to provide, at all times, a service centered on the customer and their needs,
What you'll do
Check the section's schedules to verify pending issues, alerts and messages, possible planned or ongoing service times, as well as analyses, occurrences, and situations pending resolution. Perform checks and analyses in the system at the start of the shift, the day's entries and exits, and scheduled events; Provide general service to the customer (telephone and Front-Office service, check-in and check-out, provision of internal and external information requested by the latter, clarification of doubts, response to requests, etc.), always seeking to ensure total satisfaction and loyalty. Accompany customers to their rooms. Perform control of the day's invoices.
