The role
Participate in the organization of the team's operational work taking into account priorities and the expected service volume, monitoring and collaborating in the preparation and development of menus and ensuring the quality of all service provided to the customer.
What you'll do
- Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment. - Prepare ingredients to be used in the kitchen (chop and peel vegetables, cut meat, etc.). - Cook food using various utensils or grills. - Check food during cooking to stir or turn. - Ensure optimal presentation, preparing dishes before they are served. - Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. - Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly. - Check the quality of ingredients.
