The role
· Plan daily and weekly production
· Coordinate the advance preparation of ingredients to optimize time and reduce waste;
· Ensure the quality of product preparation and display
· Control inventory
· Monitor product rotation, applying the FIFO method
· Coordinate the kitchen team, distributing tasks according to skills.
· Ensure that processes are followed correctly to maintain quality and efficiency.

What we value
· Experience in catering and specifically in production management (back and front) in a hotel or catering context;
· A liking for teamwork;
