The role
What you'll do
• Supervise and prepare meals and plating upon customer request;
• Provide assistance to the Chef or Sous-Chef;
• Control and perform the cleaning of necessary equipment;
• Control food quality;
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and HACCP standards.
