The role

What you'll do

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the technical sheets;
  • Ensure the mise en place before each service;
  • Execute cutting, preparation, and cooking techniques with rigor and safety;
  • Maintain the quality, presentation, and consistency of the dishes;
  • Ensure service times;
  • Comply with HACCP requirements;
  • Assist in the reception and storage of goods, ensuring good organization and expiry date control;

Your MISSION will be to guarantee the quality and flavor of every dish, providing unforgettable gastronomic moments to our customers!
