What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 to 5 years in application support, EDI support, integration support, or enterprise systems roles;
Experience in production environments with direct contact with users, business teams, and technical teams;
Experience in the management and resolution of incidents related to integrations and business data flows;
Experience in application support, integration support, or enterprise systems support.
Knowledge of EDI and the main business flows:
Experience in the analysis and resolution of incidents in production environments;
Knowledge of XML, EDI, and B2B integrations;
Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting;
Knowledge of SFTP or FTP;
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP);
Fluent English (B2/C1).

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP IDocs.
Experience with integration platforms or middleware:

- BizTalk

- Tibco

- IBM Integration

- Azure Integration Services

Experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or retail environments.
Contact with VAN (Value Added Networks) platforms.
Experience in post-go-live support and hypercare.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Integration Support Specialist to join the team responsible for the support and monitoring of business integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability of communication flows between internal and external systems, ensuring the rapid resolution of incidents and the continuity of business processes related to orders, logistics, invoicing, and electronic data interchange (EDI).

You will work in close collaboration with ERP teams, business partners, logistics operators, suppliers, and customers, acting as the point of contact for the analysis and resolution of problems related to integrations.

What you'll do

Monitor and ensure the correct functioning of EDI integrations and interfaces between systems;
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to integration flows;
Perform troubleshooting through the analysis of logs, messages, and monitoring alerts;
Support ERP and business teams in the identification and correction of operational problems;
Validate the correct processing of EDI messages and ensure their respective reprocessing when necessary;
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, logistics operators, and technological partners in the resolution of occurrences;
Participate in functional testing and validation of corrections or changes to existing integrations;
Ensure the documentation of incidents, procedures, and implemented solutions;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support and monitoring processes;
Participate in post-go-live support activities and the stabilization of new integrations.
