Construction Management Process Development and Optimization Technician (m/f)

· Higher education in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

· Knowledge of construction processes and site management.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

· Ability to analyze data and develop performance indicators.

· Knowledge of BIM and reading three-dimensional models.

· Ease of use with digital tools and technical software.

· Knowledge of BIM, Revit, Autodesk FORMA.

· Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, MS Fabric.

· Experience in construction digitalization processes.

· Programming notions (examples: Python, .NET, Dynamo, Power Automate).

Construction Management Process Development and Optimization Technician (m/f)

Ensure the development, implementation, and support of digital production processes on-site, ensuring the correct use of corporate operational management tools and alignment with the BIM methodology. Promote the structured collection of information, process automation, monitoring of performance indicators, and continuous improvement of working methods, in connection with the various markets where the Group operates.

Work location: Lisbon (preferred) or Porto (optional)

· Implement and monitor digital production control processes on-site, aligned with the BIM methodology.

· Configure and parameterize tools, workflows, and data structures.

· Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of data collected on-site.

· Support BIM digital model verification methodologies, promoting and disseminating best practices.

· Support Production and Site Management teams in the use of digital BIM tools.

· Participate in the definition of new processes and functional requirements for the evolution of corporate platforms.

· Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

· Produce technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

· Carry out onboarding and training actions for new users.

· Support the integration between BIM platforms, corporate databases, and reporting systems.
