We are looking for a Junior Process & Automation Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Innovation and Digital Enablement team, accompanying us on this journey of innovation and digital transformation. 

Challenge: Responsible for supporting the analysis of processes and business needs, contributing to digital transformation initiatives, developing and monitoring technological solutions, collaborating on the continuous improvement of organizational processes, ensuring documentation, and promoting the adoption of digital tools by users. Expected evolution towards increasingly autonomous intervention in the management and implementation of innovation and digitalization projects.

In the day-to-day

• Gathering and documenting business requirements and processes with different areas of the organization;
• Developing and maintaining flows in Power Automate, PowerApps, or similar;
• Supporting vendor management and external developments, monitoring the definition of requirements, testing, and implementation in production;
• Preparing and updating documentation for processes, procedures, and work instructions;
• Identifying, reporting, and monitoring the resolution of bugs and inconsistencies in internal and external systems;
• Collaborating on innovation, automation, and digital enablement initiatives;
• Supporting the continuous improvement of business processes through the use of digital tools.

• Higher education in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis, processes, data, or automation (relevant internships will be considered);
• Knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, or other automation/RPA tools, even if in an academic context or personal projects;
• Solid knowledge of Excel;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Good communication skills and ease of relationship with non-technical teams;
• Analytical capacity and orientation towards problem-solving;
• Organization, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility;
• Interest in innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement;
• Knowledge of SQL (Valued);
• Experience or interest in user enablement and training (Valued).
