Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in production processes, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Identify improvement opportunities, promote the implementation of Lean methodologies and other continuous improvement tools, support process automation, and define performance indicators, ensuring coordination between the different areas of the organization.

• Analyze and map production and operational processes;

• Develop and implement improvements based on methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and Kaizen;

• Participate in the definition of standard operating procedures;

• Conduct internal training on process best practices and continuous improvement;

• Support the implementation of technologies and automation in processes;

• Work together with areas such as Quality, Production, Engineering, and Logistics;

• Identify and measure various production process wastes, prioritize, and promote actions on the main causes;

• Support factory maintenance management, supported by associated KPIs;

• Promote continuous improvement projects and build and implement performance metrics for production processes;

• Promote productivity improvement actions;

• Define workstation STDs, material flows, and layouts; identify, propose, and test potential improvements;

• Identify improvement opportunities regarding production operation provisioning, new methods, and hardware;

• Identify improvement opportunities regarding the repeatability and reproducibility of processes, methods, and tools;

• Analyze different production processes at a technical level and identify new methods/tools alongside key suppliers in the market;

• Produce, update, and improve production support documentation (PFMEA, control plan, work instructions);

• Autonomy and problem-solving ability;

• Resilience, proactivity, and dynamism to coordinate work between teams.
