Construction Manager / Site Supervisor | Lisbon

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;

• At least 5 years of experience as a Supervision Engineer (preferred);

• Strong command and knowledge of Autocad;

• Ability to read projects;

• Customer orientation;

• Communication skills, results orientation;

• Availability for national travel (eliminatory factor);

• Residency in the Lisbon area;

• Immediate availability.

• Knowledge of BIM (valued);

• Technical supervision, risk control (safety, environment, and quality), and control of construction execution deadlines;

• Administrative control of all stages of the construction site;

• Technical monitoring of works, including quality and deadline control;

• Evaluation and monitoring of maintenance interventions in the civil construction area;

• Implementation of quality control on site, particularly regarding activities, materials, and EMM.

• Working for and with the client, serving as support for the client's decision-making.
