The role
What you'll do
- Develop and technically detail mechanical and electrical installation projects for buildings, using BIM modeling (Revit MEP);
- Analyze execution, study, or preparation projects, developing activities at the drawing and preparation level, identifying material needs and respective quantities for budgeting and production, according to the project specifications;
- Ensure project compatibility and the detection of errors and omissions;
- Identify, study, and propose project optimization solutions;
- Ensure that project design, methods, processes, and constructive solutions follow the standards and quality patterns defined for the company;
Job Requirements and Competency Profile
- Professional experience in Revit MEP modeling of Electrical and/or HVAC projects;
- Good knowledge of BIM;
- Proficiency in the Revit MEP tool;
- Rigor and reliability;
- Problem analysis and resolution;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Availability for national mobility.
