National Logistics Operations Supervisor

• I provide good monitoring and development of the team and ensure their daily motivation, contributing to the Company's good management and talent retention;
  • I ensure that the flow layout is suitable for daily needs and that storage requirements are available in a timely manner, through advance planning;

• I ensure the receiving plan and establish entry priorities based on stockouts, delivery delays, or other costs;

• I define preparation plans and deliver extra/exceptional items based on store orders or planned commercial operations;

• I control timings and other KPIs defined contractually with the logistics operator (where applicable);

• I coordinate, organize, and control the daily unloading and loading of goods, ensuring their quality, necessary documentation (delivery note), and computer registration, ensuring the correct sending of the necessary documentation for administrative follow-up;

• I share with my manager any incidents detected during the unloading of goods, namely reservations, disputes, and complaints;

• I ensure the optimization of flows within the warehouse;

• I ensure compliance with the safety and maintenance rules defined by the warehouse teams, ensuring the delivery of PPE and the sharing of mandatory conduct during onboarding, guaranteeing the proper use of handling equipment;

• I encourage and ensure that the team maintains the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the areas for which they are responsible;

• I ensure and encourage compliance with the defined procedures that guarantee the proper functioning of the warehouse, particularly regarding receiving, cargo movement, and dispatch of goods;

• I collaborate in the fulfillment of the store's environmental waste management plan, ensuring compliance with waste separation based on its nature and origin and the correct storage of waste based on its nature and origin.

• Educational qualifications at the bachelor's degree level;

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles;

• Ability for autonomy and decision-making;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Good communication, negotiation, and influence skills;

• Intermediate knowledge of English.
