Financial Incentives and Tax Benefits Technician

• Act as a driver of incentives at Leroy Merlin, seeking to raise awareness, bring visibility, and promote the topic among the key stakeholders of each Challenge, in order to promote a mindset of continuous searching, identification, and implementation of financial return opportunities through incentives within the organization;

• Know, drive, and monitor the company's internal processes that capture and apply incentives, in a transversal manner and, when necessary, customized to the needs of each Challenge (inherent to the activity of each area);

• Interact, communicate, and manage the different stakeholders to explore the potential for capturing incentives within each area, adapting to the internal governance of each Challenge to ensure the good management of interdependencies;

• Perform a 360º diagnosis (transversal to the entire company) of the incentive programs/measures applied and/or applicable to each area, with identification of cash savings and an execution proposal, and ensure the renewal of this diagnosis on an annual basis, ensuring influence within the business areas;

• Coordinate the receipt and forwarding to the responsible métier of notifications received regarding incentives, ensuring proper follow-up, while acting as the institutional link between the company and the competent public entities, ensuring the validation of the appropriate response to them;

• Coordinate the respective stakeholders of each Challenge within the scope of the ongoing implementation of incentives and ensure the good daily support of the internal client regarding any questions that may exist;

• Develop a critical and transversal vision regarding processes, proposing solutions with positive impact, and promoting practices and procedures regarding incentives among the interlocutors/teams involved.

• Educational qualifications at a bachelor's degree level in areas such as Management, Law, or similar areas;

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in relevant roles;

• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility;

• Spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship;

• Ability for autonomy and decision-making;

• Problem-solving skills and resilience;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Advanced knowledge of English.
