• I work with Business, HR, and Management teams to identify information and reporting needs within the scope of HR, in line with LM's data strategy, in order to contribute to an increasingly Data-Driven culture;

• I determine the efficiency and impact of the HR function within the organization, through the analytical and critical exploration of transactional data at the level of recruitment and selection, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, engagement and climate, training and development, occupational health and safety, among others;

• I collect and evaluate external, competitor, and market data, in order to detect potential improvement opportunities and solutions for HR challenges that affect the business;

• I design and produce metrics and KPIs, aligned with the Group and BU Data strategy, that assist business stakeholders in monitoring key HR topics and in strategic decision-making within the scope of people management;

• I analyze and interpret results, using statistical tools and/or other data analytics tools, in order to identify relevant trends, correlations, and patterns, preparing dashboards and reports for management support;

• I participate in cross-functional projects that require deeper knowledge of HR metrics, dashboards, data analytics, and reporting models, promoting an alignment of efforts with the organizational strategy.
