Keep the facilities guarded and in safe conditions for employees and customers, looking after Auchan's assets.

• Become aware at the start of the shift of all occurrences from the previous shift and carry out the verification of all operating systems (fire panel, intrusion panel, CCTV, fire hydrants, hose reels, and fire doors).

• Perform monitoring of the CCTV system cameras, staying alert to all anomalous situations (suspicious customers, entries, and movement of internal and external employees).

• Monitor the facility alarm systems (Fire Detection, Intrusion, Access Control, Cooling Systems, Vehicles, among others), proceeding according to the procedures defined in their management.

• Trigger the necessary means for situations as they occur, taking into account the procedures described in the existing manuals.

• Control and communicate information via mobile phone. Perform the framing / control of the security teams (external).

• Perform the filing of all computer or paper records regarding the processes.

• Know all safety rules for people and property, alert those in charge in anomalous situations, and prepare reports.

• Know the Store emergency plan and respective intervention teams.

• Establish contact with emergency services whenever necessary.

• Prepare service reports.

• Perform the answering and subsequent forwarding of calls that arise at the Control Center

• Apply credentialing procedures to external employees, recording all entries and exits.

• Perform audits of procedures (gatehouse manual, perimeter closure, Cashiers, SED).

• Verify the proper functioning of fire hydrants with the respective RIA purges (at least semi-annually), hose reels, extinguishers, fire doors, signage, and emergency doors, through the checklists established in the Company.

• Monitor the record of known breakage.

• Comply with the standards and procedures defined in the Food Safety Manual regarding cold chain control.

• Record the control and communicate the result of the control to PF, PGC(selfdiscount) and maintenance - cold patrol / cold alarms

• Perform active listening of Customers/Stores permanently, promoting new ideas or approaches to enhance the satisfaction of their needs.

• Comply with other responsibilities that may be clearly identified as necessary for the pursuit of the Organization's objectives.
