The role

What you'll do

• Monitoring deliveries to end customers in Portugal;
• Reception and handling of logistics complaints;
• Management of returns and creation of workflows for the issuance of credit/debit notes;
• Monitoring and support in the process of reception and administrative entry of products, ensuring the swift handling of any discrepancies in quantity, documentation, identification, and condition of the goods;
• Coordinating and leveling scheduled warehouse entries, according to priorities and available reception capacity;
• Implementation and active participation in continuous improvement projects in the area, proposing improvement actions in the Inbound and Reverse Logistics flow.

What differentiates you

Academic background in Logistics, Management, Engineering, or a similar field (preferred);
Experience in logistics or administrative environments will be valued, but is not mandatory;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); Knowledge of SAP ERP is considered an advantage;
Knowledge of English, spoken and written;
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently; Organization and attention to detail in operational tasks;
Proactive and dynamic attitude; Team spirit and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
