What we're looking for

- Minimum educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level (preferably in the area of Logistics or Environmental Management);
- Proven professional experience in administrative/logistics roles, preferably in recycling centers, waste management, scrap recovery, or industrial logistics platforms;
- Practical proficiency in the issuance and verification of transport guides and documents for the movement of goods/waste;
- Good computer skills from a user perspective (Excel and operational management systems/ERP);
- High capacity for organization, rigor, attention to detail, and resilience to operational pace;
- Ease of communication and good interpersonal skills;
- Immediate or short-term availability and ease of commuting to Palmela.

The role

Our client is a solid and rapidly expanding reference in the sustainability, environmental management, and waste recovery sector. As part of the reinforcement of its operations at the recycling center located in Palmela, they are recruiting a professional for the role of Fleet Manager, to join a dynamic team oriented towards operational efficiency and compliance with rigorous quality and service standards.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
- Administrative support for the operational management of a recycling center;
- Organization, planning, and coordination of the transport and logistical flows necessary for daily operation;
- Preparation, issuance, and verification of transport guides (e-GAR / circulation guides) and documentation associated with waste;
- Verification, validation, and processing of invoices from the logistics area and transport suppliers;
- Customer service and direct reception of information from clients regarding services executed, unloading, and weighing;
- Maintenance and updating of operational records in internal management systems.
