What it is like to be a Customer Manager

- Contact customers who have placed orders online or by phone to identify their respective intentions, namely requesting a proposal, booking a test drive, or scheduling a showroom visit

- Master the digital tools that support the activity

What we value

- Minimum Academic Qualification of 12th grade

- Experience in customer contact

- Communication and interpersonal relationship skills, dynamic and organized

- IT knowledge at a user level for tools such as Microsoft Office

- Negotiation, argumentation, and teamwork skills

- Result orientation and achievement of objectives

- Minimum mandatory schooling
