Store Supervisor - Braga

As such, we are looking for a person for the position of Store Supervisor, to reinforce our team and build a success story with us.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store's sales team;
• Ensure excellence in customer service and the quality of service provided;
• Ensure the fulfillment of defined commercial objectives;
• Manage the daily operation of the store, ensuring high standards of organization and efficiency;
• Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement;
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.

• Proven experience in leadership roles of commercial teams;
• Experience in the sales and customer service area;
• Strong orientation towards objectives and results;
• Solid knowledge of the telecommunications sector (preferred factor);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to motivate and develop teams;
• Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and sense of responsibility;
• Analytical capacity and orientation towards problem-solving;
• KPI analysis;
• Good knowledge of Spanish and English (valued);
• Driver's License (mandatory).
