What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering;
Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros or Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos (mandatory);
Registration with the DGEG (mandatory).

The role

We are looking for a Site Management Support Engineer to join our team in Paço de Arcos. You will be the right hand of the Site Director, responsible for technical detail, financial/operational control, and the project's document flow, acting as the bridge between planning and daily on-site monitoring.

What you'll do

Inspect and control the quality of work execution on-site;
Coordinate and supervise subcontracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines and productivity;
Prepare measurement reports and control costs and budget deviations;
Update schedules and monitor active work fronts;
Analyze technical documentation and identify incompatibilities between specialties;
Manage orders, materials, and technical approvals;
Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan on-site;
Organize final technical documentation (manuals, tests, certificates);
Assume technical responsibility (TREIE) for certain installations;
Collaborate with the commercial department on technical-financial solutions.

Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge of project and construction management;
Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, project management software, BIM);
Knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to construction works;
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings;
Budget management and cost control;
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS);
Notions of environmental management and construction waste.
