Operational Responsible Engineer - Porto

• Monitor the execution of maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with defined service levels, deadlines, and requirements.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance Plans and plan maintenance and conservation interventions.
• Coordinate and monitor works on-site, defining necessary procedures, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare budgets and solution proposals, as well as ensure the consultation and acquisition process for materials and services.
• Support the analysis and resolution of breakdowns, evaluating equipment, facilities, and procedures and proposing suitable solutions.
• Perform critical analyses and propose improvement measures regarding equipment, processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Support the management and monitoring of technical teams on-site, promoting the organization and quality of the work performed.

We are looking for an Operational Responsible Engineer to join our team in Porto, ensuring the management and monitoring of maintenance contracts for service buildings.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or similar;
• Experience in building maintenance and/or contract management, preferably;
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and coordination of works.
