The role
What you'll do
Support the management and economic control of construction, including the commercial and production phases, encompassing the management of Errors & Omissions, extra and omitted works, subcontractor reports, invoicing to the Client, internal economic control, and contract management, with a view to ensuring the economic management of the construction in all its aspects.
Job Requirements and Competency Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
- Interest in the area of contract and subcontract management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD tools;
- Knowledge of information management in a BIM environment (preferred);
- Planning and Organization;
- Rigor and Reliability;
- Problem Analysis and Resolution;
- Teamwork;
- Availability for mobility within national territory (preferred).
