What we're looking for

Education at the 12th-grade level, preferably Technological and Professional Courses in Electrical Installations Technician, Electrical Networks, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or related areas;
Professional experience between 3 and 5 years as a technical staff member in operational functions;
Mastery of basic computer navigation knowledge (Windows) and Office tools (mandatory);
Availability to join the Shift Schedule (mandatory);
Commitment to Safety, Environment and Quality, Collaboration and Networking Skills, Problem Solving, Customer Focus, Analytical Capacity, Rigor and Attention to Detail are decisive for the performance of the role.

The LV Dispatch area is looking for a Low Voltage Dispatch Operator.

What you'll do

Support in the operation of the low voltage electrical network, interpretation, analysis of event records and decision-making accordingly;
Analysis of the low voltage network through smart grid;
Operation of the incident management system, intervention in relationships with associated systems and mobility in the field;
Dispatch of incident breakdowns and correct restoration of customers' electricity supply;
Analysis of the performance and efficiency of the operational teams;
Analysis and application of Legislation and Electrical Network Operation;
Network and operations management in major contingency situations;
Support in the development of projects regarding proactive fault detection and advanced management of the low voltage network.
Support operation of electrical distribution network, interpretation and analysis of event records and decision-making accordingly;
Analysis of the low voltage grid through smart grid;
Dispatch of incident breakdowns and correct replacement of customers' electricity supply;
Analysis the performance of the operational teams;
Analysis and application of Legislation and Exploitation of Electrical Networks;
Support in the development of projects related to proactive fault detection.
