The role

EPOS - Empresa Portuguesa de Obras Subterrâneas, S.A., a company of the Teixeira Duarte group, is a specialist and leader in the execution of large underground works contracts, with vast experience in projects carried out in various countries. We are hiring Maneuvering Drivers / Heavy Mining Equipment Operators (m/f) to join our team, specifically for our operations located at the Neves Corvo Mines (Castro Verde / Almodôvar) and Aljustrel Mines in Portugal.

What you'll do

Operate and maneuver industrial equipment for earthmoving and material handling, including loading, transport, demolition, dismantling, leveling, compaction, excavation, and drilling.
Support complementary tasks such as piping, formwork, network installation, application of explosives (when authorized), face cleaning, and application of support.

2. What we are looking for

Minimum mandatory schooling (preferably 12th grade).
Experience in operating heavy mining equipment or civil construction is valued.
Attendance, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Dynamism, organization, and team spirit.
High sense of responsibility and initiative.
Good communication skills and ability to integrate into diverse teams.
Availability to travel within Portugal and abroad.
