Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros

3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the fuel area

Experience in supplier Procurement

Knowledge of AutoCad and MS Project

Knowledge of Excel

A PRIO is recruiting a Construction Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the management of works at PRIO and Shell network stations, from ground-up construction to minor renovations

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the planning, management, and technical direction of works

Perform supervision, inspection, and control of construction activities to ensure compliance with established plans, specifications, and quality standards

Perform construction cost control through monitoring and management of the project budget, tracking expenses, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective measures to ensure costs remain under control, as well as ensuring compliance with deadlines and construction quality

Perform technical surveys, collect measurement data, and prepare budgets to substantiate investment plans

Provide specialized technical support and guidance to internal departments and direct customers, resolving issues and proposing technical solutions for the challenges that arise

Perform procurement of suppliers for various specialties and equipment, prepare comparative maps, and conduct contract negotiations in order to obtain the best conditions

Review and analyze projects, plans, and specifications to identify potential problems, optimize solutions, and ensure technical and economic viability

Seek to implement new, more sustainable materials and more efficient technical solutions
