We are looking for a PEOPLE GENERALIST for our LOGISTICS team at the AZAMBUJA WAREHOUSE and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We are counting on you to...

• Manage and monitor recruitment and selection processes;
• Ensure Human Resources administrative processes (contracts, cards, time management, and other tasks) related to temporary work;
• Implement and monitor training plans, ensuring their execution on the ground;
• Support team well-being and promote a positive working environment;
• Ensure compliance with HR procedures at the warehouse, with strong proximity to the operation.

Therefore, bring with you...

• Higher Education in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar areas;
• Previous experience in Human Resources roles (temporary work context is valued)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level);
• Knowledge of PowerPoint with the ability to develop presentations (valued);
• Knowledge of English (intermediate level);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Availability for an on-site work model.
