Business Interface Technician

• Higher education (Engineering or similar areas);
• Analytical capacity, rigor in data interpretation, critical thinking, and focus on problem-solving;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Strong orientation towards operations and the business, with a focus on execution;
• Ability to coordinate between different stakeholders, especially operational teams;
• Ability for clear, assertive, and effective communication with various areas and organizational levels;
• Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• A liking for dynamic environments and working with multidisciplinary teams;
• Knowledge and interest in continuous improvement and operational efficiency in the Supply Chain.

We are counting on you to...

• Act as a link between the store operational and logistics teams, ensuring alignment, fluidity, and rapid resolution of operational constraints;
• Plan and coordinate seasonal periods and activity peaks, creating conditions for the best functioning of operations and seeking solutions to balance logistic service levels and operational costs;
• Manage end-to-end efficiency levers in the supply chain, focusing on operational variables related to store delivery (e.g., frequency and delivery schedules to the store, order preparation conditions);
• Monitor operational indicators, seeking to enhance quality, logistic service, and reduction of operational costs, acting on topics such as palletization quality, billing and/or picking errors, delivery delays, constraints in unloading at the store, among others;
• Support the continuous improvement of the team's internal processes;
• Contribute with analyses and insights to support operational decision-making.
