Master’s Thesis in Engineering Project Management – Bridging Technical Execution & Business Strategy

We are looking for two highly motivated Master's Thesis students in Industrial Engineering and Management to join Smartex's Engineering team. As embedded Engineering Project Managers, you will support either our Hardware or Software team, helping coordinate product development, align technical execution with business priorities, and improve cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced engineering environment. Working closely with technical leads and multidisciplinary teams, you will gain hands-on experience in managing complex engineering projects while contributing to the development of cutting-edge Industry 4.0 solutions.
