The role
You have probably already come across our lockers on the streets of your city. That is where it all begins! But we are building something much bigger: an infrastructure that allows Europe to receive your deliveries.
We surpassed 100 million euros in revenue across 9 countries in less than four years, with tens of millions of people using our products every month. And we are now a scale-up with one of the fastest growth rates in Europe.
What you'll do
We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Technician to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the return flow of equipment, components (mechanical and electronic), and materials, ensuring precise technical sorting, total traceability, and the correct decision regarding the life cycle (reuse, repair, disposal). You will ensure that returned items are correctly inspected, tracked, repaired, refurbished, or redistributed, contributing to operational efficiency and product sustainability. You will work in close collaboration with the Operations, Quality, Warehouse, and Technical teams to ensure efficient reverse logistics processes.
Receive, inspect/analyze, repair (if applicable), and process mechanical and electronic components and equipment returned from smart lockers;
Identify damaged, defective, or missing parts and correctly report occurrences;
Technical inspection and analysis to identify the root cause of the defect for each part, specifically in electronic parts before passing them to the quality team
Communication with the quality team, where it is necessary to document and pass on components that require deeper analysis
Separate materials for refurbishment, repair, reuse, recycling, or disposal;
Ensure the correct recording of inventory, quality, and logistics operations in internal systems for complete traceability;
Prepare equipment and materials for storage, dispatch, or redistribution;
Collaborate with the supply chain, purchasing, and technical support teams to ensure operational efficiency;
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Other warehouse logistics activities: receiving, handling, picking, and dispatching of components or finished products.
