Aviation Technician (M/F/D)

• Higher academic education in the area of Tourism and/or similar (preferred);

• At least 5 years of proven professional experience in aviation or air reservation roles;

We are looking for an Aviation Technician for our Reservations Department. It is a back-office role, focused on the complete operational management of air reservations, where technical rigor, attention to detail, and problem-solving capacity are fundamental.

You are the one who ensures everything runs perfectly behind the scenes: the technical part, the one that resolves, the one that transforms every reservation into a memorable experience. You work in close connection with the Travel Partners, who are with the traveler - you are the technical competence that sustains every reservation, providing specialized technical support and ensuring effective management of all operations related to air transport.

• Management, alteration, and cancellation of air reservations;

• Reissues, revalidations, and refund processes;

• Specialized technical support to Travel Partners;

• Direct contact with airlines, consolidators, and other suppliers;

• Management and monitoring of operational situations related to flights;

• Ensuring compliance with fare policies and airline rules;

• Daily use of Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems;

• Contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes in the aviation area.
