What we're looking for

What we value:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Finance, or a similar area

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management control (preferably industrial/automotive)

- Strong command of industrial management control

- Advanced Excel

- Knowledge of cost and management accounting

- Solid experience in SAP, PowerBI, and Cognos will be valued

- Fluency in English is mandatory

What is it like to be a Management Control Technician?

What you'll do

- Analyzes production costs

- Evaluates variances and proposes corrective actions

- Monitors industrial KPIs

- Develops and presents financial reports to management

- Interprets results and identifies trends

- Supports strategic decisions (investments, pricing, efficiency)

- Leads the annual budgeting process

- Prepares periodic forecasts

- Monitors budget execution and variances

- Analyzes profitability by product, customer, or project

- Validates cost structures

- Identifies cost reduction opportunities

- Works directly with the other departments of the company

- Supports continuous improvement and process digitalization initiatives

- Validates financial impacts of operational changes

- Coordinates the management control closing

- Validates critical financial data

- Supports internal and external audits

- Optimizes control and reporting tools

- Automates analyses and reports

- Implements financial control best practices
