Profile
- Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or similar;
- Empathic, focused, willing to learn and to thrive in commercial area;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills and native in Portuguese and fluency in English;
- Living in Lisbon area with availability for presential work (Lisbon - Expo) and to visit clients;
Key Responsibilities
- Market prospection, scheduling meetings, work on client´s technical needs;
- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels;
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate pipelines;
- Management of client´s technical needs and consultant´s team;
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;
- Proven experience as an IT Manager.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
