The role
our client is a leading company in its sector, in strong growth and evolution, which intends to reinforce its structure with a customer logistics technician (m/f/x).
What you'll do
key responsibilities
- order flow management: registration and validation in the ERP system, checking commercial conditions, stock verification and continuous follow-up with the customer until final delivery;
- logistics & shipping coordination: selection of shipping lines, issuance of loading notes and daily coordination with warehouse teams, carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers (national and export);
- invoicing & financial control: issuance of national and export invoicing, validation of supplier/transport invoices, cargo mapping for DAF and weekly reporting of operational costs;
- customer support & quality: management of non-conformities, collection of feedback, coordination with customer service and quality to prevent shortages/recurrences and support to accounting in the processing of credit notes;
- compliance & traceability: issuance of official documentation for export, control and registration of assets (LPR pallets), management of special flows (fairs, internal sales, by-products) and active participation in periodic inventories.
