- Receive recruitment needs from clients, post advertisements on various recruitment sources, and identify the best candidates.

- Perform screening and interviews to identify not only technical skills, but also the right personality for each vacancy.

- Prepare reports and share feedback on candidates, helping the client in decision-making.

- Manage and monitor workers. Be the point of contact for questions, ensuring that workers feel integrated and heard.

- Manage employment contracts and ensure that all information (accidents, absenteeism, time clocking, etc.) is recorded.

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in IT tools, a liking for and use of technology, namely AI.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Sense of responsibility;

- Team spirit;

- Driver's license (Mandatory);
