Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Informatics, Information Technology or equivalent (valued);
Previous experience in Helpdesk or Technical Support roles;
Knowledge of:
Windows operating systems (and macOS - valued)
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Networks (basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Active Directory / user management
Ticketing tools (e.g.: ServiceNow, GLPI, OSticket, Jira Service Management).

The role

At this time, we intend to recruit a Helpdesk Technician for Hospital Lusíadas Lisboa.

What you'll do

Receive, register and follow up on requests and incidents through the ticketing tool (Helpdesk);
Provide 1st line (L1) support and, when applicable, 2nd line (L2) support to end users;
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and operating system problems based on Microsoft technology;
Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of equipment (PCs, printers and other peripherals);
Support Windows and/or macOS environments, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and internal applications;
Manage access, users and permissions;
Support users in person and/or remotely;
Collaborate on preventive maintenance tasks and small project activities.
